In our annual satisfaction survey, the largest mobile phone survey of its kind in the UK, Which? asked over 8,000 members of the public to tell us about the phone networks they love – and the ones they hate.

We found that there's a big difference between the best and worst mobile networks - particularly when it comes to customer service - and some of the biggest providers have the lowest mobile service satisfaction scores.
