Asda Mobile runs on the Vodafone network. Asda Mobile is a virtual provider, which means it uses another provider's infrastructure – in this case, Vodafone's. It offers 3G, 4G and 5G coverage.
With Asda Mobile's switch to the Vodafone network, it claims that it has up to 99% population coverage.
To check coverage where you live, use our free interactive mobile network coverage map. Simply enter your postcode into the map and it will tell you how good Vodafone's signal is in your area, as well as comparing it with the other providers.
Asda Mobile offers a variety of 30-day bundles depending on how much you top up, ranging from £5 for unlimited minutes and texts and 3GB data to £25 for unlimited minutes and texts with 100GB of data. There are also data-only bundles for high data users and a 'Talk and Text' bundle if you need no data at all.
Asda Mobile also has three unlimited plans which have speed restrictions of 2Mb, 10Mb and 150Mb.
Asda Mobile doesn't have the range of incentives offered by other networks. But its out-of-bundle prices are extremely low – 4p/minute, 4p/text and 4p/MB.
