Which? urges the CAA to investigate British Airways' cancellation and re-routing policy

Which? has gathered evidence from passengers who had their flights cancelled at the last minute due to the latest IT meltdown and British Airways staff shortages which suggests that BA may be failing to comply with Regulation EC261/2004 and to inform passengers adequately of their rights to compensation and re-routing. It looks like travellers are enduring yet another holiday season in which some airlines are seemingly ignoring their legal obligations to consumers. For this reason, we are urging the CAA to investigate any potential wrongdoing.
