The best slow cookers

Which? slow cookers expert Carole Shepherdson says: ‘Slow cookers are simple to use and can produce great results.

‘To find the best models, we test how effective the low, high and keep warm settings are, note the temperature for the cooked dishes and also test how well a whole chicken can be cooked.

‘Slow cookers can take the hassle out of cooking and deliver tasty results using cheaper cuts of meat.’
