Article 1 of 8
We surveyed more than 900 sewing machine owners in September 2017 to get the inside track on which brands are rated best and worst by machinists, and to bring you customer score ratings for big-name sewing machine brands.
Our results show that not all sewing machines are created equal – there's a whopping 30% difference between the best and worst brands when it comes to their overall Which? customer satisfaction score.
For each brand you can find out:
- How reliable the brand is – we ask sewing machine owners to tell us about any problems they’ve had with their machines, and we use this data to assess how likely or otherwise each brand’s sewing machines are to let you down.
- How owners rate it – how satisfied owners are with their brand of sewing machine, and whether they would recommend it to a friend. Brands are given a customer score based on this.
- Our verdict – we tell you, in a nutshell, what we think of the brand.
