A TV that doubles as a painting when you’re not watching is a dream come true for people who don’t like the idea of a big, black rectangle sitting in their living room. Samsung’s Frame TV certainly nails the gallery aspect, with its matt screen and huge range of real artworks to display, but how good is it for broadcast and streaming TV?
