We're delighted to announce that our expert panel for this live podcast session will feature Dr Amir Khan, NHS GP, TV presenter and best-selling author, Dr Emma Wedgeworth, consultant dermatologist, and Shefalee Loth, Which? principal researcher and nutritionist.
Between them they will tackle your questions on mid-life health, from supplements to skincare and beyond.
The session will be hosted by Which? presenter Erica McKoy.

Dr Amir Khan is an NHS GP, TV presenter and best-selling author.
Resident doctor for ITV’s Lorraine & Good Morning Britain, Amir also co-hosts the podcast ‘No Appointment Necessary’. He has several bestselling books including The Doctor Will See You Now, How (Not) To Have an Arranged Marriage and How Families are Made.
Amir has also presented TV shows such as How To Keep Your Brain Young (Channel 5), Dr Amir’s Sugar Crash (Channel 5) and You Are What You Eat (Channel 5). Other TV credits include hosting the Science of Sleep (Channel 5) with Gaby Roslin, How to Lose a Stone in a Month (Channel 5) with Ruth Langsford, and The Great British Urine Test (Channel 5).

Dr. Emma Wedgeworth MA MBBS FRCP (UK) is a Harley Street-based Consultant Dermatologist with extensive experience in all aspects of adult and paediatric dermatology. A first-class graduate of the University of Cambridge, she completed specialist training at the prestigious St John's Institute of Dermatology.
Alongside her clinical work, Emma holds leadership roles within the British Cosmetic Dermatology Group and is a spokesperson for the British Skin Foundation.
She contributes regularly to media and education on skin health and is frequently invited to comment on topics such as acne, eczema and healthy ageing.

Shefalee Loth is a public health nutritionist with 20 years' experience, and has worked for the NHS, The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and World Cancer Research Fund.
At Which?, Shefalee is a principal researcher, researching and writing food and nutrition content for our magazine and website. She’s also a media spokesperson and the research lead for our health and wellbeing reviews.
Shefalee focuses on cutting through the hype to explain what you need to know about nutrition, supplements and healthy eating. From 'How bad is ultra-processed food?' to the 'Top gut health myths you need to know about' and 'What really works to cut cholesterol', she gives no-nonsense advice to help you make healthier choices and save money.

Erica McKoy is a presenter and broadcaster that works across festivals, live events, radio and podcasts. Known for her eclectic taste and passion for music, culture and storytelling, she brings a distinctive energy to every platform she appears on, including Jazz FM, BBC Radio 3 and, of course, here at Which?, where she also presents our Health Reset podcast series.
