Howdens Joinery was the most frequently purchased kitchen brand in our survey of 2,238 kitchen owners - 20% of people we surveyed own one of its kitchens. But are they satisfied with the end results?

We asked customers of Howdens Joinery to rate its value for money and customer service, gathered feedback from owners of its kitchens on the durability and quality of the units, and experts also assessed these in our lab.

All this contributes to the final scores we give its units. Which? members can log in now to find out how Howdens Joinery compares with its rivals.

Ratings are overall and encompass a number of different assessments

Alongside our survey, we've assessed kitchen units in lab conditions to see whether they're worthy of a Best Buy logo.

When these were combined with ratings from our survey, brands need to score more than 70% overall to be in with the chance of a Best Buy award.

You can find out more about our lab tests by visiting our how we test kitchens page.
