The two products involved in this baby food recall have been rereleased in error.
So if you've recently bought Cow & Gate My First Muesli 10+ months or Aptamil Multigrain and Fruit Bircher Muesli 10+ months, we'd advise checking the best-before dates to see if it's one of the affected batches.

Aptamil is recalling its baby muesli products as some of them may contain pieces of apple stalks, making them a safety hazard.
The Food Standards Agency says: 'The presence of the apple stalks presents a choking hazard to babies, making these products unsafe to eat.'
Read on to find out if you're affected and what you should do.
This recall covers the following:
Pack size: 330g
Best-before dates: 13 October 2021, 20 December 2021 and 4 January 2022
Pack size: 275g
Best-before dates: 27 December 2021 and 16 January 2022
Pack size: 275g
Best-before dates: 28 December 2021 and 16 January 2022
The best-before dates on these three products vary so follow the guidance and check the date in the 'Best before' box underneath the barcode. See photo below for where you should be able to find this information.
It's worth noting that no other batches of Aptamil cereal, or other Aptamil products, have been identified as a safety risk.
If the baby food you've bought is one of the products recalled, then don't attempt to feed it to your baby.
Nutricia says you should return the product to the store you bought it from to receive a full refund. You won't need a receipt.
