Plusnet broadband deals
Plusnet offers partial and full-fibre broadband deals. Its advertised average speeds range between 36Mbps and 900Mbps, depending on where you live. Its fibre deals don't include a phone line and come with either a 12 or 24-month contract.
It usually offers competitively priced broadband, but does put up its prices annually. Customers who take up a deal now will see their price increase by £4 a month every March.

How much is Plusnet broadband?
Plusnet offers a wide range of packages, with ultrafast speeds available in some parts of the UK.

Plusnet broadband speeds
Plusnet's partial fibre services are available with average speeds of 36-66Mbps, depending on where you live.
In some areas, Plusnet also offers speedier, full fibre packages. These have average speeds of either 74Mbps, 145Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps or 900Mbps.
Does Plusnet put up broadband prices every year?
Yes. In July 2024, Plusnet introduced an annual fixed price increase of £3 per month for new broadband customers. It subsequently changed this to an annual increase of £4 a month, with the increase taking effect from 31 March each year.
Previously, its price increases were based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) inflation rate published in January, plus an additional 3.9%.
What is the latest Plusnet router?
Plusnet supplies its Hub Two router free with fibre packages. Our lab tests revealed that this router is simple to set up, delivers healthy speeds and powers multiple devices, but isn't compatible with Wi-Fi 6 technology.
