What makes a Which? Recommended Provider?
Which? Recommended Providers are the cream of the crop, and the accolade is only given to broadband companies that achieve a customer score of 70% or above.
That's not all. We know that price is important, so companies can only be Recommended Providers if they charge a reasonable price for their services. If they charge too much they're not eligible, whatever score they receive in the survey.

Now Broadband supplies its Now Hub 2 router to all new customers, and it's free with no delivery charge.
Now Broadband deals
Now Broadband offers a range of broadband packages, all of which require you to pay line rental (you can't get broadband only).
Its fixed-term contracts are all 12 months, although it’s also possible to opt for a rolling contract. The monthly price is the same, but for a rolling contract there's an initial setup fee.
Now Broadband’s prices are usually quite competitive. All of its packages include unlimited downloads and aren't subject to traffic management – so your connection won’t be slowed down if you do a lot of downloading.
Now Broadband speeds
Now Broadband offers three packages: ‘Brilliant Broadband’ with an average speed of 11Mbps, ‘Fab Fibre’ with an average speed of 36Mbps and ‘Super Fibre’ with an average speed of 63Mbps.
