Zen Internet has been rated as a Recommended Provider for its broadband service in a new Which? survey. The company joins Plusnet as the only two ISPs to receive the award for their standalone broadband deals.
Zen Internet achieved high ratings for the customer service and telephone technical support it provides. Its customers were also impressed with the speed and reliability of their Zen connection, and 76% of those we surveyed told us they’d recommend the company to a friend.
Zen Internet offers standard broadband packages with speeds of up to 16Mbps and fibre packages with speeds of up to 38Mbps or up to 76Mbps. The company doesn’t apply any traffic management to its data allowances and offers short, one month deals so customers aren’t locked in to long contracts.

Which? broadband survey
We survey thousands of broadband, home phone and TV customers twice a year so that we can help you choose the best service. In September we published the results of our latest general public survey, but we were unable to include Zen Internet, one of the smaller ISPs, as we didn’t receive enough responses to rate its performance.
Given that Zen Internet had previously been a Recommended Provider over many years, we decided to carry out a follow-up survey of Which? members. This new survey confirmed that Zen Internet is an outstanding ISP and a Which? Recommended Provider, based on the responses we received about its broadband-only packages.
