What’s TopCar like?
TopCar offers a reliable service, with a good overall score of 75%, and four-star ratings in most categories including customer service and value for money. Customers told us that they received ‘a very good personal service’.
Customers were also impressed by the modern fleet of cars. One told us ‘I’ve used them a number of times because they have a better selection of cars on Fuerteventura than other firms, at a very competitive price.’
The only below par rating was for the ‘collection speed’. It received just three stars, whereas Canary Islands’ competitors - AutoReisen and Cicar - both received a four star rating.
Nevertheless, TopCar is a reliable option if you find a good deal. One customer told us ‘ I always book some time in advance as they are very popular!’
