Puff pastry mince pies

Puff pastry mince pies offer a lighter, flakier twist on the classic Christmas mince pies. They're often still filled with traditional mincemeat, but the puff pastry makes them less dense and crispier (when baked in the oven or air fryer) than the traditional shortcrust version.
