Travel Agent Reviews

Put us to the test

Our Test Labs compare features and prices on a range of products. Try Which? to unlock our reviews. You'll instantly be able to compare our test scores, so you can make sure you don't get stuck with a Don't Buy.

We survey thousands of real holiday company customers to give you an independent, unbiased rating of Kuoni and let you compare it to 30 rival travel agents.

Kuoni offers ‘tailor made’ holidays across the globe, although it mostly specialises in long-haul travel. You can book its trips via one of its ‘Personal Travel Experts’ online, over the phone or in-store. It may market itself as a luxury travel brand, but do its customers feel it justifies it’s price tag? Find out how it scored on value for money and other key ratings by logging in or signing up.

In our full review of Kuoni you’ll find out how customers rated the accommodation and organisation of the holiday. Crucially, holidaymakers also told us whether the description of the holiday when they booked matched the reality and if it was good value for money.

Our independent reviews will let you decide which travel agent to book with and those you should avoid.

We sampled 1,633 people in March and April 2018 who had taken a general holiday in the last two years. We define a general holiday as any which isn't an escorted tour or a beach/poolside package holiday. Sample size is in brackets. Customer score combines overall satisfaction and likelihood to recommend. n/a means not enough responses to calculate that category.

What makes a Which? Recommended Travel Agent

Which? Recommended Providers are the cream of the crop, and the accolade is only given out to travel agents that achieve a customer score of 70% or above and meet our other consumer-focused criteria.
