Which? unveils new car insurance Recommended Providers

NFU Mutual, Volvo, LV= and Nationwide top the list

Which? has just completed its latest analysis to reveal the full list of car insurance Which? Recommended Providers (WRP) and launched a new tool to help you find the perfect cover for your needs. 

NFU Mutual and Volvo Insurance top our table

The latest list has NFU Mutual in first place with an overall score of 83%, followed by Volvo Insurance (79%), LV= (76%) and Nationwide BS (76%).

Other insurers achieving WRP status in our latest analysis were:

  • Toyota Insurance (74%)
  • Mercedes-Benz Insurance (74%)
  • Volkswagen Insurance (74%)
  • Age UK (74%)
  • M&S Bank (70%)
  • The Co-operative Insurance (69%).

Companies performing less well in our table were Endsleigh (50%), Halifax Car Insurance (53%), Kwik Fit Insurance (56%) and Lloyds TSB Car Insurance (56%). Some of the big providers were mid-table, visit Which? Recommended Car Insurance Providers to see how your insurer scored.

Which? Recommended Providers must be above the statistical average for both customer score and policy score to gain the accolade. Further details are contained in our car insurance reviews.
