Find simple ways to solve your everyday consumer problems

Make a claim

  • Make a PPI claim

Keep all of your compensation, and send your PPI claim direct to your provider. Choose the provider you want to claim against.

  • Make a delivery complaint

If your delivery is late, missing or damaged we can help you make a complaint, and get a definite delivery date or a refund.

  • Make a faulty goods complaint

Claim a refund, repair or replacement. Once you've answered some simple questions, you will receive an email with a ready-to-go letter to send off to the retailer.

Know your rights

  • Consumer Contracts Regulations

The Consumer Contracts Regulations - which came into force on 13 June 2014 and implement the Consumer Rights Directive - give you rights when shopping online, so you’re covered if things go wrong.

  • Distance Selling Regulations

The Distance Selling Regulations no longer apply in UK law. The Consumer Contracts Regulations - which came into force in the UK in June 2014 - now apply when buying online.

  • Package Travel Regulations

You have the right to expect the package holiday you booked and paid for. So the holiday description must be accurate. If not, you can make a claim under the Package Travel Regulations.
